• You must not be using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or circumventing anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of Services, including deposits, withdrawals and participation in promotions, Players must complete the account registration process and pass identity verification (KYC). The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each Player may hold only one Account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with, sold to, or operated by any other person.

bsb88 retains the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all features of the Service, as certain features may be subject to additional eligibility checks.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Withdrawals exceeding ৳100,000 in a single request may be subject to a routine identity check, which typically completes within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
• bsb88 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that is suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their mobile financial service accounts are active, correctly configured and able to receive incoming transfers. bsb88 will not reprocess a withdrawal that fails due to an error on the Player's payment account side without written confirmation of the corrected account details.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bsb88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the bsb88 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, poker and all other game formats:

• All bets placed through the platform are final once confirmed. bsb88 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of the platform, or where the applicable sport's governing body has declared a match void.

Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and winnings will be forfeited.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time by bsb88 or its data providers, in particular where a significant event occurs during a match (such as a wicket, goal or injury) and odds require immediate recalculation. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.

Game rules for individual casino games, poker formats and crash games are governed by the respective game's official rules as published by the game provider. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a game provider's rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game provider's rules relate specifically to the mechanics of that game's outcome.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed by bsb88 for breach of these Terms or for any of the reasons listed above, any balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 10. Intellectual Property
